Announcement: COVID-19 protocols at Brandeis

Please note that you must fill out the Daily Assessment (see the instruction below) created for visitors before you come to campus and bring the email with you. 

Each visitor 12 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated prior to coming to campus.

*  Before leaving home, fill out a Daily Health Assessment.

*  Print your email confirmation clearing you to come to campus or have it ready on your phone.

Vaccinated individuals

*  Present proof of vaccination and daily health assessment confirmation.

Brandeis buildings require visitors to display the email they receive clearing them to come to campus. Please present this to Brandeis staff on campus. Visitors must wear a mask at all times on campus except while eating or drinking, and maintain distancing when possible.
